Uzun Law & Consultancy was established in October 2023 in Kepez, Antalya's most populous district. The firm grew out of a simple observation: for most people, a legal dispute is exhausting not only because of its outcome but because of its uncertainty. That is why keeping the client informed sits at the centre of how we work. You always know which stage your case is at, which options are open to you and what each option is likely to cost and produce. Translating legal language into plain terms, describing risks without exaggerating or minimising them and keeping to the timetable agreed at the outset are not preferences — they are commitments.

We serve two main groups. Individuals: divorce, custody and maintenance; unpaid wages, severance and reinstatement claims; rent disputes and evictions; criminal investigations and trials; traffic-accident and other compensation claims; consumer disputes; and, for foreign nationals living in Antalya, residence permits, work permits and citizenship applications. Businesses: contract drafting and review, debt collection and enforcement, employer-side employment advice, shareholder and general-assembly matters and commercial litigation for SMEs, tradespeople and companies in Kepez and the Antalya Organised Industrial Zone. A monthly retainer model is available for businesses that need ongoing support.

Alongside litigation we place real weight on preventive work: having a contract reviewed before it is signed, drafting a formal notice correctly or arriving at a mediation table properly prepared often avoids a dispute that would otherwise take years. Our office is at Serkan Plaza No:1 D:5, Hasan Tahsin Caddesi, Fabrikalar Mahallesi, 07090 Kepez / Antalya. Serkan Plaza has its own car park and free parking is available nearby; a wheelchair-accessible parking space and restroom are provided. The Antalya Courthouse is a short drive away, which allows hearings and enforcement-office matters to be handled on the same day.

Our phone and WhatsApp line (+90 553 524 48 10) is open every day, around the clock; in urgent situations such as police custody, arrest or attachment you can reach us without waiting for office hours. Meetings at the office are by appointment; video calls are available for clients outside Antalya or abroad, and once a power of attorney is in place the whole process can be run remotely. For a first meeting, simply bring the documents you have — contract, formal notice, bank receipt, title deed, payslip or correspondence — in date order; any gaps are identified together. At the end of the meeting the available routes, an estimated timetable and the cost items are set out in writing, and the fee is fixed within the framework of the Turkish Bar Association's minimum tariff before any work begins.
